Self-Insurer Rules Await New Labor Secretary's Blessing

The Louisiana Department of Labor has suspended action on proposed individual self-insurer rules pending a decision by incoming Secretary of Labor T.A. (Tim) Barfield on how the agency will proceed on those regulations and other initiatives.
