York Buys Calif. Brokerage as it Expands Public-Entity Business

York Insurance Services Group announced Thursday that it has purchased Gregory B. Bragg & Associates in Roseville, Calif. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. York said acquisition of Bragg is its second purchase of a public entity-focused insurance services provider in recent weeks.
