Commission Going Paperless for Claims 30 Months After Legislative Mandate

The Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission will require that all claims information be submitted via electronic data interchange (EDI) on Jan. 1 — two and a half years after the Legislature mandated its implementation.
