The West Virginia Offices of the Insurance Commissioner will hold an adjuster training seminar May 22 in advance of the scheduled opening of the workers' compensation market to private competition on July 1.Insurance Commissioner Jane Cline said the seminar is designed to brief adjusters on West Virginia state law and rules.
