County Worker Charged with Fraud, Perjury

An Orange County juvenile corrections officer faces up to 17 years in prison after being charged with insurance fraud, perjury and concealing information related to his workers' compensation claim, county prosecutors announced. William Parker, 43, suffered a back injury while working for the Orange County Probation Department in September 2010.
