Fall Hazards Cost Contractor $146K in Penalties

Fall hazards at a Bridgeport job site brought $146,554 in penalties against a contractor that had been cited for similar safety problems three times in the past eight years. The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited L.L.E. Construction LLC for exposing employees to fall and other hazards.
