A stucco contractor based in Upper Darby has been hit with five willful violations for putting its workers at severe risk of falling from elevations as high as 18 feet while working on a remodeling job.
BC Stucco and Stone now faces $93,000 in proposed penalties largely because it had been cited as recently as May 2 for infractions found at worksite in Philadelphia, according to OSHA.
The most recent citations were found at a worksite in Bear, Delaware, where BC Stucco had been hired by Schorn Construction Co. Inc. to provide labor for a remodeling job.
