Alan Rachlin, a principal attorney with the New York State Insurance Department’s (NYSID) Office of General Counsel, has been chosen to serve as a commissioner of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Commission on Mental and Physical Disability.Rachlin will serve a one-year term on the commission.
