WCA Schedules Hearing on Possible Fee Schedule Changes

The New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Administration announced that it will hold a public hearing on Oct. 19 to accept comments on changes to its fee schedule and billing instructions. The proposed changes will not be available until Monday, the administration said in a hearing notice. The WCA will accept written comments on the rules until 5 p.m. on Nov. 2.
