The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division issued revisions to two bulletins on Monday relating to loss reports by self-insured employers and the reimbursement paid to carriers that elect to pay supplemental benefits.
The division revised Bulletin 209, “report of losses instructions and guidelines,” and Form 2809, “Self-Insured Employer Report of Losses Experience Rating Period."
