CHSWC Elects Daniel Bagan as Chairman for 2017

California's Commission on Health Safety and Workers' Compensation has elected Daniel Bagan as chairman for 2017. Bagan as appointed by the speaker of the state Assembly to represent management interests on the eight-member employer/labor panel, which conducts research and makes policy recommendations to the state Legislature.
