Court Tosses Worker's Civil Suit Over Accident Leading to Leg Amputation

A Louisiana appellate court threw out a worker’s civil suit against his co-worker for negligence that allegedly led to an accident resulting in the partial amputation of his leg. Case: Bagwell v.
