New and Revised Plain-Language Notices Go Live March 1

Workers’ compensation carriers must use new and revised plain-language notices beginning March 1, the Division of Workers’ Compensation says. The agency revised notices PLN-1, PLN-2 and PLN-4 through PLN-12. It created new notices PLN-3a, PLN-3b and PLN-3c. All of the notices are here.
