Committee Approves PTSD Presumption, MPN Bills

The Assembly Insurance Committee on Wednesday approved a bill creating a presumption that post-traumatic stress disorder is a compensable injury for California police and firefighters, and a bill imposing numerous changes relating to medical provider networks. The committee voted 12-0 to pass Senate Bill 537, which author Sen.
