Christie Signs Bill Increasing Evaluating Physician Report Fee to $600

The maximum fee for an evaluating physician's report was increased to $600 as of Monday, Chief Judge of Compensation Russell Wojtenko Jr. announced. The fee increased from $400 immediately after Gov. Chris Christie signed Assembly Bill 4438/Senate Bill 3202 into law. The bill was among a package of approximately 50 measures that Christie signed on Monday.
