FWCJUA Issues RFP for Actuarial Services

The Florida Workers' Compensation Joint Underwriting Association is soliciting proposals from actuarial services firms to assist the organization with actuarial matters, according to the Friday edition of the Florida Administrative Register.The FWCJUA said the consultant will conduct analyses related to ratemaking, reserving, deficit elimination plans, loss ratio selection, loss payout patterns, reinsurance proposals and premium dividend proposals.The request for proposals states that the FWCJUA contemplates a three-year contract with the actuarial consultant, with the possibility of two o...
