Alleged failure to provide fall protection for employees working at heights of 11 feet has resulted in proposed federal penalties of $59,864 for a construction company working in Florida. Action Concrete Construction Inc. was cited by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration on Friday for alleged violations at a Panama City Beach worksite.
