Solar Contractor Cited After Worker's Electrocution

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited a solar contractor after a worker was electrocuted while installing solar panels on a building in Fort Riley, Kansas. Power Factor LLC, based in Baltimore, faces $39,836 in proposed penalties. OSHA issued the citations on Jan. 3, alleging four serious safety violations.
