Injured Teacher Can Collect TTD, Sabbatical Benefits and Be Paid More Than AWW

A Louisiana appellate court ruled last week that an injured public school teacher was entitled to collect temporary total disability benefits while on sabbatical leave, even though that resulted in her receiving more money than she had been making while working.
