New Rules Proposed to Settle Reimbursement Disputes

The Division of Workers’ Compensation has proposed amendments to the rules governing the resolution of reimbursement disputes between carriers and health care providers. The rule-making also would create a rule and repeal another. Changes proposed include: Amending Rule 69L-31.005 to provide greater detail regarding the materials that must accompany a petition for dispute resolution (Petition Form).
