Alliance Physical Therapy Partners has acquired a majority equity stake in SOL Physical Therapy and Performance Training, which runs three outpatient physical therapy clinics in the Oakland, California, area. Founded in 1997, SOL Physical Therapy has 28 employees, including 10 physical therapists, and 11 trainers and aides.
