The California Workers’ Compensation Institute said a 5.5% increase in the state’s average weekly wage will drive corresponding increases in maximum and minimum temporary total disability benefits in 2013.California’s average weekly wage increases to $1,059.38 in the 12 months ending March 31, 2012, from $1,003.55, CWCI said.
