A manufacturer of adhesives in Frankfort, Illinois, has received federal citations for 18 health and safety violations, and is facing proposed penalties of $587,564. HB Fuller Co., operating as Adhesive Systems Inc., was cited July 25 by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
