A Cleveland garbage hauler and construction worker, who already is serving time in federal prison for money laundering and fraud, has added a felony workers’ compensation fraud conviction to his resume.
Christopher Gattarello, 53, on Nov. 22 pleaded guilty to a fifth-degree felony count of workers’ compensation fraud, the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation said Friday. A Franklin county judge sentenced Gattarello to 186 days in jail, with credit for time served.
