No Retroactive Benefits for Worker who Failed to Give Timely Notice of Employer's Uninsured Status

The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania on Monday ruled that the state's Uninsured Employers Guaranty Fund does not have to pick up the tab for a worker's benefits until after he gave notice that his employer didn't have comp insurance, some three months after he was hurt.
