The office manager for a Louisiana workers' compensation case management firm has reached a plea deal with federal prosecutors who accused her of embezzling $216,000 from her employer, federal court records show.The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Louisiana charges that from January 2007 to April 2009, Cynthia D. Windham changed the names on 62 checks totaling $83,879.57 to her own name and deposited them into her personal bank account.
