The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration is proposing $42,682 in penalties against a Miami manufacturer for exposing employees to electrical shock, fire and explosion hazards.
OSHA said that BC Direct Corp, which manufactures bakery rack loaders under the brand name Robotray, used spliced extension cords, and failed to properly store chemical cylinders and anchor machinery.
