Delaware regulators have scheduled a public hearing for May 14 on two proposed technical changes to workers’ compensation rules.State regulators announced on April 1 the proposed changes, which include clarifications to precertification rules for surgeons and ensure claimants’ attorneys are notified of review determinations.The Health Care Advisory Panel will take comments at 4 p.m. at the Department of Labor Fox Valley Annex in Wilmington.
