The Florida Division of Workers' Compensation will hold a workshop Feb. 4 on proposed changes to procedures for filing documents, informational brochures for injured workers and employers, and temporary disability benefits.
The proposed rule changes would require that when forms are reproduced, they are reproduced in their entirety and that all documents filed with the division are complete and legible, reads proposed Rule 69L-3.003. The documents should include the employee’s name, Social Security number, date of injury and more.
