L&I Launching Acupuncture Pilot

The Washington state Department of Labor & Industries will start processing applications for an acupuncture pilot project Tuesday. The department will enroll workers in the two-year study of the efficacy of acupuncture for treating occupational injuries. Up to 150 acupuncturists will be able to participate in the study.
