Beshear Names 2 to Nominating Commission

Kentucky Gov. Steven Beshear has appointed two members of the Workers' Compensation Nominating Commission.Beshear said in a news release he has appointed Pikeville, Ky., attorney Charles J. Baird to replace John W. Morgan on the nominating panel. Morgan's term has expired.Beshear has reappointed Charles E.
