SeaBright Net Income Up in 4Q and Full Year

SeaBright Insurance Holdings on Tueday reported net income of $10 million in the fourth quarter of 2007, up 13.6% from the $8.8 million in profits reported for the fourth quarter of 2006. Total revenue for the quarter increased 24.3% to $72.2 million versus $58.1 million in the year-earlier period, Seabright said in a press release.
