Board Will Release Revised Medical Fee Schedule Today

After reviewing public comments on its proposed medical fee schedule that was released in June, the New York State Workers' Compensation Board has revised the schedule and will make it available today. Another 30-day public comment period will follow, the board announced Tuesday.  When final regulations are adopted, the board will announce an effective date for the new schedule.
