Bowling Video Leads to Applicant's Perjury Conviction

A Los Angeles applicant who testified that he could no longer bowl because of his work injury pleaded guilty to attempted perjury after investigators took seven hours of surveillance video of him participating in his favorite sport. Probe Information Services said Ronald James Fortune, 36, was ordered to pay $12,764 in restitution, perform 400 hours of community service and complete three years of probation.
