Legislature Passes Bill Revising Definition of Wages

Montana lawmakers passed a bill that aims to clarify the definition of wages for the purposes of determining premium and indemnity benefits. The state House of Representatives on April 12 voted 79-20 to approve amendments Rep. Wylie Galt, R-Martinsdale, made to HB 449 after the House voted 58-42 to pass the bill on Feb. 28.
