The Idaho Industrial Commission is soliciting testimony on possible changes to regulations defining how benefits are calculated and paid, as well as annual medical fee schedule updates, prior to the start of a formal rule-making process.
The commission will hold a public hearing at 1 p.m. June 20 to discuss possible changes to benefit regulations.
According to notices published in the June 7 Idaho Administrative Bulletin, two proposed changes would require self-insured employers and third-party administrators to make an initial decision to accept or deny a claim within 28 days.
