Court Allows Injured Worker to Proceed With Strict Liability Claim Against Property Developer

The North Carolina Court of Appeals on Tuesday revived an injured worker’s strict liability claim against a property developer who had hired his employer to perform an ultra-hazardous activity. The Ammons Development Group was the developer of a planned residential subdivision in Wake Forest.
