Lubbock Office Sets Nov. 17 Program on ADA, Health Care Providers

The Lubbock field office of the Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation will host a free program Nov. 17 on “Title II: Americans with Disabilities Act” and “Comp Connection for Health Care Providers.”The session is set for noon to 1 p.m. in suite A of the field office at 22 Briercroft Office Park.Following a presentation discussing compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the agency’s telephone help line for health care providers, the session will become an open forum in which participants may ask questions.The division reports the program is ...
