Commission Issues Instructions for Cases on Fratianni-Atsave's and Luskin's Dockets

The Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission last week posted instructions for attorneys who have settlement contracts or motions for cases that need approval by Arbitrators Joann Fratianni-Atsave or Joshua Luskin, who were recently appointed as members of the full commission. In Zone 5, all correspondence previously sent to Fratianni-Atsave should be sent to either Arbitrator George Andros or Arbitrator Robert Falcioni for handling, the commission said.
