Budget Bill Includes $10M Transfer From Work Comp for Paid Family Leave

The New York state Assembly on Thursday passed a budget bill that appropriates $60 million to the State Workers' Compensation Board for system upgrades, but also authorizes the transfer of $10 million from board funds to pay for implementation of paid family leave.
