Judge Clears Up Multiple Misinterpretations in Comedy-of-Errors Comp Case

A Florida appellate court attempted to untangle a web of misunderstanding when deciding a workers' compensation case involving a misinformed worker, an uncooperative doctor and a judge who decided a case based on an argument that was never raised.
