New Law May Allow Employers to Block Benefits for Illegal Aliens

A new workers’ compensation law in Utah may very well have that state joining neighboring Wyoming and Idaho in banning benefit payments to undocumented workers, but the presiding judge over the state’s adjudication system says it is too early yet to tell.
