Labor and Industry Names General Counsel, Ombudsman Lead

The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry announced two promotions in the latest edition of its newsletter: Jessica Stimac to director of department’s Office of General Counsel, and Pam Carlson as lead of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Ombudsman.   Stimac provides internal policy and administrative support to the department and proposes, evaluates and drafts legislation.
