The Division of Workers’ Compensation will assess carrier performance in 2018 through its biennial performance-based oversight program.
The agency released its assessment criteria on Friday.
Carriers will be selected for assessment based on their volume of temporary income benefit (TIB) transactions between Jan. 1 and June 30, 2017, with a minimum of 20 TIB payments.
