Facts: Santos Uvidia suffered injuries while working on an asbestos abatement project. Uvidia and a coworker were erecting a plywood structure on the roof of a building in preparation for abatement work to be performed inside.
Uvidia was hurt when a gust of wind caused the plywood structure to collapse.
