The Washington state Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals is seeking candidates for its hearing judge pool to fill vacancies as they occur in Olympia, Tacoma, Seattle, Spokane or Yakima.Hearing judges preside over conferences and hearings and issue written decisions resolving appeals filed under the Industrial Insurance Act, Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act and Crime Victims Compensation Act.At a minimum, candidates must be an active or judicial member of the Washington State Bar Association.Desirable qualifications include experience in industrial insurance cases before the board ...
