The New York State Workers' Compensation Board (SWCB) has closed a nightclub in Brooklyn, N.Y., for failing to carry workers' compensation coverage, the Brooklyn Daily reported on Monday.The newspaper said the SWCB issued a stop-work order last month to Amnesia, which formerly operated as a Brazilian steakhouse.
