The Oklahoma Advisory Council on Workers' Compensation elected Norman businessman and attorney Blake Virgin as chairman at the council’s meeting Thursday.Virgin was appointed to the council as an employer representative.Court staff attorney Bill Wiles reported the council also held a brief discussion of pending workers’ compensation legislation but took no action.The next meeting of the council is set for 2 p.m. June 5 at the court's offices at 1915 N.
