A juvenile detention officer for the state of Connecticut has been arrested on two counts of workers’ compensation fraud, the Office of the Chief State’s Attorney said Thursday. Dameon McLean Hartford resident Dameon McLean, 41, reported an injury last March and began receiving disability benefits.
