New Rules Filed on Reporting Occupational Injuries and Illnesses

The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation made its final filing on Rule 4167-6-01, recording and reporting occupational injuries and illnesses, to the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review on Wednesday. JCARR’s five state representatives and five state senators must review all new, amended and rescinded rules from more than 110 agencies to ensure the rules don’t exceed their authority.
